How long until I receive my order?
Promotional Items: 2 ½ weeks after artwork is approved

Screen Printing, Embroidery, Engraving: 7-10 Business days after approval

How much is the deposit?
The deposit is 50% on all custom orders. You place the order and place a deposit by check or credit card. The remaining balance must be paid when picking up your goods.

What if I need my order before then?
Rush charges apply according to how fast you need the order. Please contact customer support for further information.

Is there a minimum order?
Screen Printing: 12 pieces (we can do less but gets expensive)

Embroidery & Engraving: 1 piece

How much do you charge to do the artwork?
If you need us to come up with a design for you then we charge $25/hour.

Am I limited at all in choosing what colors I want for my shirts?
No. We can match just about any color you choose. If it is not a stock color and we need to order it, you may be charged.
